our story

Since 2005, Vidsys has been a pioneer in the Converged Security (CSIM) and PSIM markets, helping hundreds of organizations around the world streamline operational security. Our experienced team is dedicated to solving security challenges and providing solutions for even the most complex operational environments.

Vidsys was an early adopter of Physical Security & Information management, or “PSIM”, software solutions, which have become an industry standard for security operations management. But as the company evolved, we began to recognize that PSIM is only one piece of a larger security landscape.

To meet the challenges of an increasingly interconnected world, we developed a Converged Security and Information Management, or “CSIM” model to allow organizations to manage both physical and IT security concerns via a single intuitive platform. Today, Vidsys’s CSIM platform is used to run Security Operations Centers (SOCs) for public and private sector agencies in more than a dozen countries around the world.

We are a customer-focused, results-oriented team driven by innovation. Our broad security systems knowledge and experience allows us to help customers harness the best security technologies into a single, converged system. We believe that our people are our greatest asset and as a team, are committed to achieving quality and satisfaction for every one of our customers.
